Terms of Use – Sonar AI Note Taker

Welcome to Sonar AI Note Taker (“Sonar”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sonar.

1. Use of the Services

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Sonar. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

2. Your Account

You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Sonar, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined.

4. Content and Ownership

All content generated by Sonar using AI is for informational purposes only and not guaranteed to be accurate. You retain ownership of your original inputs and any files you upload. We retain ownership of the software and AI models used to power Sonar.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify our Services

• Use the Services to store or transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed via the App Store / Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. AI-Generated Content

Sonar uses machine learning to generate summaries, notes, and transcripts. You understand this output is automated and may contain inaccuracies. Always review and verify critical information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Services.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
